Francesco Vernizzi

Francesco Vernizzi is a Milan–based creative director working at the intersection of fashion, music and visual culture.

His work blends strong aesthetics, emotional storytelling and cultural research, building worlds where garments, sound and images don’t just coexist — they speak to each other.Francesco is the founder of 41 MORE, an independent fashion project rooted in Italian craftsmanship, high–end textile production and social impact. 41 MORE is not just clothing — it’s a cultural platform, where design, community and sound constantly feed each other through daily music curation, collaborations and emotionally driven storytelling.

Before dedicating himself fully to creative direction, Francesco spent five years working in the corporate world, an experience that shaped his strategic thinking, discipline, leadership mindset and ability to move confidently within complex systems.

He also collaborates with Pezzo di Studio, a Milan–based creative studio specialized in 3D, AI and unconventional visual production, working on campaigns and creative concepts with brands operating at the highest level of the industry.

Francesco holds a degree in Communication from Lugano and a Master in Sustainability from Bristol, a background that deeply influences his perspective on culture, responsibility, craftsmanship and the future of creative industries.

His practice moves fluidly between creative direction, concept ideation, narrative building, visual research, brand positioning, aesthetic strategy and music-driven storytelling.

Francesco believes in beauty as something emotionally alive, culturally relevant and human — whether expressed through a garment, a soundtrack, an image, or a full multi-layered creative experience.
